RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1. Return Period

You may return your scarf within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a return, the scarf must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Scarves that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Items purchased at a discount or as part of a sale.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]  with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Packing Your Return

Please ensure the scarf is securely packed in its original packaging, along with all tags and documentation, and sealed properly to avoid damage during transit.

4. Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is complete.

REFUNDS

1. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

2. Refund Amount

The refund will include the cost of the scarf, minus any shipping fees. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will also refund the return shipping cost.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

1. Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged scarf, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.

2. Return Shipping for Defective Items

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label and instructions will be provided.
